MeshTack Connector
Sends your Tally or Busy invoices to customers on WhatsApp, automatically — and chases the payment for you on Tally. Installs on your own PC — nothing about your books leaves it except the invoice you choose to send. One installer covers both; you choose your accounting software during setup.

It says "Windows protected your PC". That is expected — click More info, then Run anyway. It appears because the installer is new, not because anything is wrong with it. You can check the SHA-256 above against the file you downloaded if you'd like to be certain.
How it works
- Download the installer on the PC that holds your Tally or Busy company data.
- Run it as Administrator (right-click → Run as administrator).
- Your browser opens the setup page automatically.
- Enter your mobile number — we send a code on WhatsApp to confirm it's you.
You do not need your MeshTack password to set this up. The mobile number registered on your MeshTack account is enough.
The installer is free to download and the same for everyone, but enrolment sends the code to the mobile registered on a MeshTack account that has the connector add-on. If you don’t have one yet, register free first — it takes a minute.
Before you install
- Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Server 2016 or newer — 64-bit.
- About 250 MB of free space.
- Install it on the machine that holds your company data — Tally or Busy — not on a workstation that opens the company over the network.
If you run Tally
- Tally must be running with the company open for invoices to be picked up.
- In Tally: F1: Help → Settings → Connectivity → Client/Server configuration, set Act as to Server or Both on port 9000. Both works exactly the same for us — if it is already set to Both, do not change it.
If you run Busy
- Nothing to set inside Busy — no port, no server setting, and Busy does not have to be open. The connector reads the company folder from disk, read-only.
-
Choose Busy during setup, and point it at the company folder (for
example
COMP0001) if the machine holds more than one firm or year. - Invoices, credit notes and receipts go out exactly as they do on Tally. Payment reminders do not run on Busy — Busy keeps no bill-wise outstanding list for the connector to read.
What it sends, and what it doesn't
The connector reads the invoice you just saved — from Tally or from Busy — and sends it to that customer on WhatsApp. MeshTack never stores your ledgers, your party master or your outstanding balances — not even a copy of the invoice PDF. We keep only the delivery record: who it went to, when, and whether WhatsApp accepted it.
