The Service is intended for businesses and their authorised representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to manage the WhatsApp Business account connected to it.
When you submit an enquiry or register on our website, we ask you to tick a consent box and to verify your WhatsApp number with a one-time password (OTP). By ticking that box and completing verification, you expressly authorise Meshit Solutions to contact you by phone call and on WhatsApp — including to respond to your enquiry, complete your onboarding, and send you related service and promotional communications about MeshTack.

MeshTack operates on top of the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp messaging is additionally governed by WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms. You are responsible for complying with those policies, including messaging limits, template approval rules, and opt-in requirements. Violations may result in suspension of your WhatsApp number by Meta, which is outside our control.
When you use MeshTack to message your own customers, you are the data controller for those conversations and MeshTack acts as your processor. You are responsible for:
We may suspend broadcasting on an account that generates excessive block or report rates, or that we reasonably believe is messaging without consent, in order to protect the platform and other customers.
MeshTack's SEO features integrate with Google services Google Business Profile, Google Search Console and Google Analytics through Google's official OAuth. When you connect a Google account you authorise MeshTack to access only your own account's data for the scopes you grant, and your use of those services is additionally governed by Google's Terms of Service. MeshTack's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements see our Privacy Policy for details. You can disconnect Google at any time from the SEO setup page.
Certain features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Applicable fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prior notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
The optional AI auto-reply assistant may be used in either of two ways:
AI usage charges are consumption-based and are not refundable once incurred. You can disable the assistant at any time to stop further charges. We may set usage limits, or suspend the assistant on an account with unpaid usage charges, on notice to you.
You retain ownership of the messages, contacts, and content you process through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for downtime or message delivery failures caused by Meta/WhatsApp, network providers, or other third parties.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, violate WhatsApp/Meta policies, or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. payment, liability, and dispute terms) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshit Solutions and Meshit Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meshit Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
